CHANDIGARH: Having waited for chief minister Manohar Lal  Khattar and Health minister Anil Vij to act as Santa Claus  for them, visually impaired men are now expecting a New Year  gift from the government even as they are staging an  agitation in Sector 5, Panchkula, to press for their demands  of adequate employment opportunities and other facilities to  be extended to them like other categories of various disabilities.
