Online applications are invited for the following permanent Non-Teaching posts:

Post: 
1. OMSP (Instructor)
No. of post: 01 for Visually Impaired
Pay Scale: PB-2 (Rs 44900-142400) + Grade Pay 4600/-
Qualifications: 
A Graduate from a recognized University in any discipline with working knowledge of computers.
2. Diploma/Certificate of higher or lower grade in English
Shorthand and Typewriting of an examination body other than UPSC.
3. Teaching experience in English Shorthand through common words: (b) Vertical, horizontal or higher frequency word pattern of teaching typewriting and (c ) General English.
4. Aptitude for teaching English Shorthand and Typewriting.
5. Minimum of 10 years “ service as English Stenographer”.

Desirable Qualification:
1. Graduate Degree in Computer Application/Office Management/Secretarial Practice or equivalent discipline from a recognized University.

2. MTS (Library Attendant)
No. of posts: 03 out of which 01 for Visually Impaired
Pay Scale: PB-1 (Rs. 18000-56900) + Grade Pay : 1800/-
Qualifications: (a) Passed 10th or equivalent examination from any State Education Board or Government recognized Institution (b) Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science from a recognised Institution.

Desirable:
Computer as a subject at Secondary level or Basic course in Computers from any Institution.

Age Limit: 27 years

Only offline applications will be accepted for the post of Librarian [HH] , OMSP (Instructor) VH (LV) and MTS
(Library Attendant) VH (LV) .

4% seats are reserved for PwD category. The candidates applying under PwD category are required to submit the Disability
Certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training vide OM No.
36035/3/2004-Estt(Res) dated 29.12.2005. The format is available at the website www.persmin.nic.in.

All expenses for appearing in written test/s, practical or skill test (if any) or for interview (wherever applicable) shall be borne by the candidates themselves. No TA/DA shall be paid.

No application fee shall be charged from PwD and Women applicants.

Admit Card will not be sent by post. The candidate is require to follow the instruction given on the college website for
appearing in the written examination/interview.

Offline application forms for PwD candidates for the post of Librarian [reserved for HH category], OMSP (Instructor) (reserved for VH (LV) category) and MTS (Library attendant) VH (LV) are available on the college website.

The submission of hard copy of the online application form duly signed by the applicant alongwith one passport size photograph affixed thereon and self-attested copies of the certificates / degrees, date of birth, experience, caste / category etc.
as proof of having acquired the minimum educational/technical qualification and eligibility is mandatory to the following address by 15-03-2019 till 5.30 P.M. Candidate may keep the copy of his/her form for future reference.
