REQUIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVES (W-3)

National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Mini-Ratna, Central Public Sector Undertaking, has been engaged as Manpower Management Consultant by RFCL. Online applications are invited from energetic young technically qualified Indian Nationals for recruitment to various Group ‘C’ positions in Non – Executives (Worker) level positions in RFCL:

SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
UR” PwBD candidates will be allowed age-relaxation upto 10 years, upto 15 years for “SC/ST” PwBD and upto 13 years for “OBC (NCL)” PwBD candidates, if considered against reserved positions.

GUIDELINES FOR PERSONS WITH BENCHMARK DISABILITIES USING A SCRIBE

Candidates whose writing speed is adversely affected permanently for any reason may use services of their own scribe at their cost during the online examination. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply:

The candidate will have to arrange his / her own scribe at his/her own cost;

. Both the candidate as well as scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfills all the stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe mentioned above. Further in case it later transpires that he/she did not fulfill any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of online test;

The scribe arranged by the candidate should not have applied under this advertisement for any post. If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature of both the candidate and the scribe will be cancelled;

HOW TO APPLY:

Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply online from 10.05.2019 upto 09.06.2019 upto 5:30PM on NFL’s website: www.nationalfertilizers.com  Careers  Recruitment in RFCL  Recruitment of Non-Executives (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical Lab, Store and Pharmacist) at W-3 level. No other mode of application including manual/paper shall be accepted / entertained.

Valid E-Mail ID, which should remain valid for at least one & a half year.

Candidates should have latest passport size photograph (jpg or jpeg file only upto 50 Kb) as well as photograph of signatures in digital format (jpg or jpeg file only upto 20 kb) for uploading with the application form.

Supporting documents for age, qualification, caste/PwBD certificate and identity proof for uploading (pdf/jpeg/jpg file upto 01MB each).

Candidates will be required to appear for computer based online objective type test, on the day, date, time & venue as mentioned in the Admit card.

The online test will be conducted at designated centres at Jammu/Kashmir, Bhopal, Delhi & NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Patna, Bhubneswar, Kochi, Pune, Amrawati, Ramagundam, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Karimnagar, Pedapalli, Mancherial.
Candidates would be required to select two preferences of above-mentioned cities for giving their online examination. However, NFL/RFCL will not be bounded to allocate centre in the preferred city(ies) as indicated by the candidates in their online application form. No request for change of examination centre will be entertained after final submission of online application form. NFL/RFCL reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending upon the response of candidates in that area/centre.

Candidates have to make their own arrangement for travelling, lodging and boarding for appearing in online test and no TA/DA will be paid in this regard.

The exact date of online test shall be communicated to the candidates through admit card to be downloaded from NFL website www.nationalfertilizers.com.
