Applications are invited on the prescribed Application Form, available on the University website, from the eligible candidates for appointment to the following posts on regular/deputation basis as mentioned against each post. The last date for submission of the applications, along with enclosures, is 02-12-2019, 05:30 PM.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Library & Information Science from a recognised University / Institute with two years’ experience in the relevant field in a university /research establishment/Central/State Govt./ PSU and other autonomous body’s library. OR i. Bachelor's degree in Library/ Library & Information Sciences from a recognised University /Institute; ii. Three years’ experience in the relevant field in a university/research establishment /Central /State Govt./ PSU and other autonomous body’s library; iii. Knowledge of Computer applications. Desirable: PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent.
Age Limit: 35 years

The candidate belonging to the reserved categories shall enclose self-attested copies of the caste certificate and/or medical certificate (pertaining to the determination of degrees of disability in case of PwD candidates) from the competent authority in the format prescribed by the Government of India (subject to verification at a later date), failing which the application shall be rejected.

The selected candidate shall be governed by the New Pension Scheme of the Govt. of India, as the case may be, duly extended by the UGC.

The application form alongwith self-attested photocopies of all required documents must reach the University office latest by 02-12-2019, 05.30 pm at the following address (preferably by Registered post/Speed Post). Application received after due date shall not be considered and will be summarily rejected. The University shall not be responsible for postal delay, if any.
