The CBSE datesheets for the CBSE Class 12 board exam and CBSE Class 10 board exam are finally out, as per tweets by HRD Minister Ramesh Nishank Pokhriyal.
CBSE students waiting for so long for the new exam dates for CBSE board exams can finally heave a sigh of relief and resume preparation without any anxiety about uncertainty regarding CBSE board exams 2020.
The HRD Minister had tweeted on Saturday, May 16, around noon to say that the CBSE datesheets for the pending board exams would be out in the evening. But in another tweet in the evening, he notched up anxieties again by saying that the new exam dates would be declared on Monday instead of Saturday.

Long wait of CBSE students finally ends
CBSE students have been very anxious with the Covid-19 situation that has tensions running high in every home. Sadly, their board exam preparations seem to be never ending and that isn’t good for anyone’s mental health.
On May 8, CBSE had told India Today that the full CBSE datesheet for the pending board exams would be announced in 1-2 days. But the CBSE datesheet was announced after 10 whole days after that.
CBSE had earlier said that students would be given at least 10 days' time to prepare for the remaining CBSE board exams.
But thankfully, they got much more time than that since the CBSE datesheet for CBSE Class 12 board exam 2020 was released on May 18 and the board exams will be held from July 1 to 15.

Which CBSE Board Exams 2020 are still pending?
There is a total of around 41 subjects for which the CBSE board exams 2020 are still pending this comprises subjects of both classes 10 and 12.
The HRD Minister clarified in a May 8 Twitter webinar that the CBSE board exams which are already over will not be reconducted the pending board exams will be carried out from July 1 to July 15, 2020.
Since the Covid-19 lockdown has been extended four times now, it was clear that time is short and minor exams will have to be done away with. Thus, the Central Board of Secondary Education decided to conduct the CBSE Board Exams 2020 for 29 subjects only.
A large chunk of these are also the major subjects for CBSE Class 10 board exams which were postponed in North East Delhi due to the violent incidents in February. These Class 10 board exams will only be held in North Delhi and nowhere else in India all other CBSE class 10 students have already appeared for these exams.
For the rest CBSE Class 10 students in India, only minor CBSE board exams were pending and they have been cancelled.
The minor exams for both CBSE Class 10 and CBSE Class 12 will not be carried out and students will be marked in those subjects based on the internal assessment marks.
