Qualifications:
Accounts Clerk cum Typist: 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark. Dsability /Ex-servicemen and candidates who possess qualifications higher than 12th (+2 stage). Typing proficiency in English/Hindi on computer is essential.
Junior Clerk Cum Typist: 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark. Scribe details and submission
Submission window: Eligible candidates must submit their scribe's details through the application portal from 10th to 14th December 2025.
Eligibility: The scribe must be registered on the official RRB portal and have an educational qualification lower than the candidate.
Application selection: You must have selected the "scribe" option in your online application.
Compensation and benefits
Compensatory time: Eligible candidates who use a scribe, or even those who don't but are eligible, will be granted 20 minutes of compensatory time for every hour of the exam.
Exam duration: For candidates using a scribe, the duration of the Computer Based Test (CBT) 1 will be 120 minutes.
