Madhyanchal Gramin Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Junior Management Officer Scale-I Cadre who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE III for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2014.

SCALE OF PAY: Rs. 14500-25700/-
PROBATION PERIOD: Two years
Qualification: (i) Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or its equivalent.
 
Preference will be given to the candidate having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandary, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and co operation, information technology, management, law, economics and accountancy.
 
Proficiency in local language

Age: 18-28 years
 
Age relaxation: 10 years for Persons with Disabilities
 
 Language Proficiency - The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State / UT that is ‘HINDI’. For ensuring proficiency in local language, the candidate should have –
a. Local language HINDI at 10thStd level
OR
b. Native language HINDI at 10thStd level
OR
c. Local language HINDI at any level up to graduation level
 
INTERVIEW CENTRE: 
 
The Interview will be held at the SAGAR centre, the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters.
 
The candidates will have to appear for interview at their own expense. 
Only candidate willing to serve anywhere in the operational area of the bank should apply.
 
A recent, recognizable passport size photograph should be firmly pasted on the computer generated application form and should be signed across by the candidate. Three copies of the same photograph should be retained for use at the time of interview. Candidates are advised not to change their appearance till the recruitment process is complete. Failure to produce the same photograph at the time of the interview may lead to disqualification.
 
Definition of Persons with Disabilities
 
Under Section 33 of the Persons with Disabilities (equal opportunities, protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act 1995 only such persons would be eligible for reservation who suffer from not less than 40% of relevant disability and are certified by a Medical Board consituted by the Central/State Govt.
 
Visually Impaired (VI)
 
Blindness refer to condition where a person suffers from any of the following conditions namely (i) Total absence of sight, (ii) Visual acuity not exceeding 6/60 or 20/200 (snellen) in the angle of 20 degrees or worse.
 
Low vision means a person with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable or using vision for the planning of execution of a task with appropriate assistive device.
 
Guidelines for persons with disabilities using a Scribe:
 
(i) The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is affected by cerebral palsy can use their own scribe at their cost during  the online examination subject to limits as in (ii) and (iii) below. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply.
 
The candidate will have to arrange his/her own scribe at his/her own cost.
 
The scribe arrange by the candidate should not be a candidate for the examination (CWE-RRBs). If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature for CWE of both the candidate and the scribe will be cancelled.
 
Same scribe cannot be used by more than one candidate.
 
The scribe may be from any acdemic stream. 
 
HOW TO APPLY: 
 
Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website www.mgbank.co.in between 01.09.2015 to 15.09.2015. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
 
Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- CWE III conducted in September/October 2014) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.
 
Applicants are first required to go to the Bank’s website www.mgbank.co.in
 
The Application printout along and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for Interview.
 
The applicant should sign and affix his/her photograph on such printout of application and keep the same ready for submission if selected for Interview along with copies of required documents mentioned below: 
 
1. Printout of the online application submitted. 
2. 10th standard / 12th standard / Graduation examination Mark sheet in support of local language Hindi for posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants (Multipurpose).
3. Attested copy of School leaving certificate or any other document as proof of age acceptable to the Bank. 
4. Attested copies of Mark sheets / certificates in support of Educational Qualification; 
5. Attested copy of certificate of Computer Course, as applicable; 
6. Caste / PWD any other related certificate as applicable. 
7. Photo identity proof. 
8. Any other relevant document
 
Bank will display the list of all eligible candidates for interview and information about call letter, interview schedule etc on Bank’s website www.mgbank.co.in, eligible candidates are requested to visit the above website of the bank periodically for further information.
 
Candidate has to affix his/her photograph on the call letter. Candidate has to bring this call letter and requisite enclosures while attending the Interview without which they will not be allowed to take up the Interview.
