Preferential Delivery by BigBasket- Complete Process

 BigBasket has introduced priority delivery of groceries for people with disabilities (PWD). They are working to enhance experience for PWD based on the request from Blind Graduates Forum of India to
minimize challenges due to lockdown and social distancing measures.
 Please make note of the process to order below:
•       Fill your details in this form.

•       a BigBasket representative will call and confirm your orderafter you fill the form. There can be a delay for them to call you due to high demand. In case you miss the call or if you are not reachable, they will reach out to you on your mail ID provided while filling the form. So, ensure you mention all your contact details correctly
•     Please   Install the BigBasket app, create your account and update your address in advance to ease the process.  They will help you over call with it in case required.
•       You may review products, price, etc. and add the products in your cart using the app while you wait for their call. They will help you choose products over call in case you need help.
•       They will a lot a delivery slot for you after you confirm your order on call.
•       Make payment using UPI, Net Banking, card, etc. BigBasket recommends to use their wallet for better experience. There is no Cash on Delivery option currently.
•       You will receive confirmation of your order on E-mail / SMS /App after you make the payment.
•       They will notify you in case of any minor modifications in your order based on availability of products while processing your order.
•       The delivery executive will call you in case they need help in finding your place. Do follow all the social distancing measures while receiving your delivery.
Please note that BigBasket has created this provision exclusively for PWD considering the challenges faced. BGFI requests you to be patient and respectful as these are challenging times even for the BigBasket
employees. Do share your feedback with them through the app. BGFI has been involved in only making recommendations to address the needs of PWD and communicating about the provision. Please get in touch with BigBasket for anything. We believe such provisions helps organizations learn and enhance the experience for PWD and we appreciate this effort by BigBasket.
