Bhartiya Mahila Bank Ltd. invites Online Appliations from the eligible candidates for the post of probationary officers in Jnior Management Grade / Scale 1 to fll in 200 posts .

Note- Candidates are advised that the bank would be issuing appointment letters to fill in 35 vacancies immediately  and for the rest of the vacancies , the appointment letters would be issued as and when the branches are opened. In any case the appointment process for the rest of the vacancies would be completed on or before 31st March 2015.

1. The designation/name of the post is only indicative . The bank reserves the right to change the name of the post / designation at any time without any notice .
2. The selected candidate can be posted anywhere in India depending on the requirement of the bank .
3. The number of posts and the reservations are provided ar provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the bank , subject to availability of suitable candidates .
4. As the reservation for PWD is on horizontal basis  , the selected candidates will be place in the appropriate category (SC/ST/PWD)to which they belong .

It is clarified that it may not be possible to employ PWD in all offices / branches of the Bank and they will hav to work in the posts indentified by the bank as suitable as them.

1. A candidate must be either -
   1. A citizen of india 
   2. A subject of Nepal
   3. A subjec of Bhutan
   4. A Tibtan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intension of permanently settling in India
   5. A person of Indian Origin who has migrated from Pakistan , Burma , Sri Lannka , East Affrican Countries Of Kenya , Uganda , the United Republic of Tanzania , Zambia , Malawi , Zaire, Ethopia and Bietnam with the intension of permanently settling in India .
2. Age and Educational Qualification-
   1. Age - Minimum 20  Years - Maximum 30 Years as on 01.06.14 i.e candidate must not have their D.O.B earlier than 02.06.1984 and not later than 1.06.1994 (Both days inclusive)
   2. Age Relaxation -
      1. PWD - 10 years
      2. SC/ST- 5 years
      3. OBC - 3 years
      4. Ex - Servicemen - 5 years
      5. Prsons affected by 1984 riot - 5 years
      6. Persons ordinarily domiciled in the kashmir Division of the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12 .1989

Note 
In case a candidate who is eligible for relaxation under more than one of the categories the age relaxation willl be available on cumalative basis. Candidates seeking age relaxation will be needed to submit copies of necesary certificate.

Educational Qualification

1. A degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government 
2. The date of passing the xamination which reckons for eligibility will be the date appearing on the mark sheet or Provisional Certificate .

Scale and Emoluments -
At present , the initial monthly moluments of Junior Management Grade / Scale 1 Officers , Including DA , HRA & CCA are approximately Rs 30,759 in a Metropolitan Center.Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting .

3.  Candidates can apply Online by visiting the Recruitment Page of the Bank's website and going to the sublink  titled "Online APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS". Click on this  sublink and log-in using their Registration Number & Password issued for CWE PO/MT-III, fill in the details and submit the on-line application form.
4.  Once the application is submitted, the details cannot be modified. After completion of on-line registration, take system generated print-outs of Registered On-line Application. The Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn .
