Madurai: The Madras high court has directed the Centre to  process the application by a visually impaired man seeking  GST concession for purchasing a car.

The court was hearing the petition filed by K Paranthaman of Nagercoil in Kanyakumari district. The petitioner who is 100% visually impaired was working as a PG assistant teacher in a government school.
