Seva-in Action (SiA), a voluntary organisation working in the field of disability, is organising a Special Quiz 2016 exclusively for children with disabilities on Saturday to commemorate its 30{+t}{+h}anniversary.

Speaking to presspersons here on Tuesday, SiA chairperson Ruma Banerjee said the quiz is a first of its kind for children with disabilities (intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, and hearing and visual impairment). Besides providing a platform for quizzing, it dispels myths around children with disabilities, specially the intellectual categories.

The quiz will be held in two categories, for special schools and disabled children studying in mainstream schools in Classes 7 to 9. For intellectual disabilities, the age limit is 13 to 25 years.
