A practical and hands-on workshop focused on accessible study material preparation and advanced AI applications in the context of visual impairment. Open to students, trainers, special educators, professionals, and anyone interested in accessibility and emerging technologies.
 Day 1: Accessible Study Material Preparation
Participants will explore:
• Preparing accessible reading materials using assistive technology
• Creating soft copies using various tools and applications
• Editing and formatting documents professionally
• Converting content into EPUB format
• Converting content into Braille
• Embossing documents in Braille
Live demonstrations and guided practice will provide real-world exposure and practical clarity.
 Day 2: Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Work with 15+ latest AI tools through guided demonstrations across desktop, mobile, and WhatsApp-based workflows.
The session will include:
• Power of Prompts – understanding how structured prompts improve AI accuracy and results
• Introduction to Agentic AI and AI Agents – how AI can plan, assist, and perform multi-step tasks
• AI-powered research and reliable source verification
• Long document summarization and meaningful data extraction
• Converting unstructured content into clear, organized formats
• Using AI effectively with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Managing Gmail, Google Drive & Google Forms efficiently
• Automating routine tasks and generating professional reports
• Creating images, videos, audio content, presentations, websites, and even songs
Special focus on accessibility-driven AI usage to strengthen independent digital work.
