Job Role: Retail Store Associate

Eligibility:

·        Mild Locomotor Disability

·        Low Vision

·        Deaf / Speech & Hearing Impaired

·        10th / 12th Pass / Graduate

·        Must be able to work on the display floor and stand for long hours

·        6 working days per week (Saturday and Sunday are working days; weekly off on a rotational basis)

Salary:

·        NAPS (10th/12th Pass): ₹9,600 per month

·        NATS (Graduate): ₹12,003 per month

·        Permanent (12th Pass/Graduate): ₹13,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

·        Assist customers in the store

·        Arrange and replenish merchandise

·        Maintain garment displays and folding

·        Support billing and stock handling based on capability

·        Maintain store cleanliness

·        Work with the team to provide excellent customer service
