A multinational Company in the Food and Beverages Industry , has the following immediate opening for its office in Gurgaon. 



Positions : 



1. Sales Tax Executive 



Job Profile : 



1. Detailed Knowledge of Sales Tax Acts & Rules 

2. Handling of Sales tax Assessments 

3. Preparation of Monthly Sales Tax Return along with tax demand 

4. Liasoning with Sales Tax consultants for arranging Road Permits/Way Bills/F forms/C forms 

5. Preparation of Road permits consumptions 

6. Knowledge of SAP R4 – Accounting 

7. Complete documentation for sales tax 

8. Preparation & filing of Annual Sales tax Return 

9. Reconciliation of Customers 

10. Vendor Bills Payments 



Educational Qualification : BCom 



Experience : atleast 2-3 years in a relevant role 



Salary - Rs 18,000 -20,000 per month 



2. Finance Executive 



Job Profile : 



Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Claim settlement, MIS, good in excel. 



ERP Exposure: Should have worked on SAP 



Educational Qualification : BCom / CA ( Inter) 

Experience : atleast 1- 2 years in a relevant role 

Salary - Rs 18,000 -20,000 per month 



3. HR Executive 



Job Profile : 



1. Recrutiment- liasoning with consultants, maintaining database of CVs, setting up interviews, negotiating with candidates. 

2. Maintaining HR MIS-should know excel working 

3. Co-ordinating with all stakeholders for any HR related activity 

4. Exit process-handling ; F&F settlement etc 

5. Handling team dynamics-capture field data 



Soft skills required: 



1. Smart and good with communication , interaction with people 

2. Quick to action, prompt and intelligent 

3. Humble, so that he/she can easily connect with frontline and other offroles. 



Educational Qualification : prefrably MBA (HR) 



Experience : Atleast 1-2 year in a relevant role 

Salary - Rs 18,000 -20,000 per month
