Special Recruitment drive for Physically Handicapped persons

 

 

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals belonging to Physically Handicapped category to fill up the following vacancies of Industrial Establishment at Heavy Alloy Penetrator Project, Tiruchirappalli-620025.

Post: Semi Skilled Machinist

No. of posts: 02, out of which 01 for Low Vision

Pay Band: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 1800/-

Educational and Technical qualification: Matriculation + NAC/NTC issued by NCVT. Diploma in Engineering without possessing NAC/NTC can not be accepted as qualification for direct recruitment.

 

Definition of Disabilities: 

 

Low Vision: Person with low vision means a person with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning or execution of a task with appropriate assistive device.

 

Degree of disability for reservation: Only such persons would be eligible for reservation in services/posts who suffer from not less than 40 percent of relevant disability. A person who wants to avail of benefit of reservation would have to submit a disability certificate issued by competent authority.

 

Age relaxation: PH candidates 42 years

 

Application fee: No fee for PH candidates.

 

The candidates appeared for written examination/Trade test shall travel at their own expenses.

 

The candidate should fill up all the column in the application and affix a recent passport size photograph (not more than 03 months old) signed partially on the photograph and partially on application. Candidates should also enclose two more copies of photographs duly signed by 

 

him/her on the front side along with application. The application should be duly typed or written neatly in the form published in the Employment NEws and signed by the candidates. Applications should be addressed to the General Manager, Heavy Alloy Penetrator Project, Tiruchirappalli-620025.

 

Copies of all documents i.e. Proof of date of birth, Educational Qualification certificate, mark sheets, caste certificates, Physically handicapped certificates etc. duly self attested should be enclosed with the application.

 

Candidate should enclose duly self attested copy of Matriculation School certificate as proof of date of birth.
