SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

 

 

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the following posts in Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore :-
 

Posts: 

 

1. Stipendiary Trainee Category-I (Physics)

Post Code: PWD/01

No. of post: 01 for Visually Handicapped

Stipend: First Year - Rs. 9300 per month, Second Year - Rs. 10500 per month plus one time book allowance of Rs. 1,500/-.

 

 

Qualification required: Minimum 60% marks in B.Sc. (Physics as principal and Mathematics/Chemistry/Statistics/Electronics/Computer Science as subsidiary subjects).

 

Method of Selection /Recruitment: Written Test (objective type) & Interview. 

 

Age: 18-34 years

 

2. Technician/B (Plumber)

Post Code:  PWD/04

No. of post: 01 for Visually Impaired

Pay Scale PB-1 : Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- plus other allowances as admissible.

Qualification required:  HSC or SSC passed with minimum 60% marks with Science and Maths plus trade certificate of one year duration in Plumbing trade.

 

Desired Experience: 2 years in construction field

 

Method of Selection /Recruitment: Trade Test & Interview

 

Degree of Disability for reservation : Only such persons would be eligible for relaxation of conditions in respective community in services / posts who suffer from not be less than 40% of relevant disability. 

 

The Degree/Diploma/Certificate should be from a recognized University/Board of Technical Education/Institution of Central or State Government.

 

 

Age: 18-35 years

 

If the post applied for is not indicated on the top of the envelope the same will not be entertained. 

Candidates selected against this advertisement are likely to be posted at RRCAT, Indore but are liable to serve in any part of India and in any constituent unit of the Department of Atomic Energy.

Application should preferably be typewritten on A4 size paper.

COPIES OF CERTIFICATES:

 

Candidates should submit along with their application self attested copies (SINGLE copy only) of mark-sheets/ certificates of :-

(i) A recent passport size self attested photograph should be affixed on the right hand top corner of the application

(ii) Educational (supported by appropriate marks sheets indicating the subjects offered at the examination)

(iii) Date of Birth

(iv) Certificates in the prescribed proforma issued by the Competent Authority regarding the claim that the candidates belongs to SC/ST/OBC/PWD

(v) Non-creamy layer & validity certificate issued within one year in respect of OBC candidates

(vi) Proof if affected by 1984 Riots

(vii) Certificate regarding domiciled in Kashmir Division from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 (if claiming age relaxation for Kashmir Division).
