To begin with, I would like to thank you all for your support to Score Foundation over the years. Each year, I run the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (ADHM) to raise funds for our work with blind and visually impaired people through Project Eyeway. We would raise an amount between ten to fourteen lakhs. But unfortunately, due to the pandemic this year, I was unable to participate personally in the virtual ADHM.

Also owing to the restrictions of the new Foreign Contribution Amendment Bill, 2020, raising funds has become extremely difficult.

I want to continue in my effort to reach out to 5.4 million blind people across India. They must be encouraged to see themselves as equal citizens and seek out opportunities for empowerment, participation, and contribution. However, the numbers are huge and the task is daunting. We need all the help to run Eyeway Helpdesk and launch our new Self-Employment program for the blind.

I urge you to become champions of our cause by either making a donation or by raising funds (INR 10,00,000) from your network of family and friends. Join me in strengthening Eyeway's work in these difficult times.
