Ravindra Tade was born in a small village in Akola, Maharashtra, into a family that relied on daily wages. Despite financial hardships, Ravindra pursued his education at a blind school in Amravati, completing his schooling up to the 10th standard before moving to Mumbai for further studies.
In Mumbai, he earned a BA in History from Siddharth College. Determined to secure a stable future and support his family, Ravindra applied for government jobs. In 2017, he joined the Bombay Municipal Corporation in a clerical position—a role he performed diligently, even as his colleagues began receiving promotions.
However, despite years of hard work, Ravindra’s career remained stagnant. Frustrated by the lack of clarity regarding his stalled progress, he sought answers. During that time, he learned about Eyeway through his peers and reached out for assistance. While talking to them they discovered the cause of his delayed promotion—discrepancies in his documents, particularly the absence of a valid UDID card.
