Candidates are required to upload scan copy of all the Mark Sheets, Testimonials, Caste/Disability Certificate,
recent passport size photograph and signature along with online application form. Mark Sheets, Testimonials,
Caste/Disability Certificate should be uploaded in PDF format only and Photograph and Signature should be
uploaded in JPEG/JPG format only.

Following documents must be attached along with application form:

a. Self-attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate.
b. Self-attested photocopies of education qualifications certificates.
