LUDHIANA: Who could love and respect teachers more than them. Students of Vocational Rehabilitation Training Centre for Blind and Disable Children and Ek Prayas- School for Mentally Challenged Children expressed a deep sense of gratitude towards their gurus on Teachers' Day with their colourful greeting cards and dance performances.
For these special children, teachers are almost family members. VRT Centre organized a function inside their auditorium where students made all the arrangements from the decoration, setup and anchoring. Students presented dance performances, mimicry and songs to thank their teachers for their efforts and for making them capable enough to perform on stage.
In Ek Prayas School, students played the role of their teachers in the classroom. They also gave greeting cards and gifts to their teachers.
