National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) invite prescribed format applications to fill 130 vacancies of Trainee Engineer, Officer, Medical Office and other posts for PWD candidates and Non-PWD candidates.

Posts:

 

1. Trainee Officer (Law)

Grade: E-2

No. of posts: 04, out of which 02 for Persons with Disabilities (Visually Impaired can apply)

Pay Scale: Rs. 20600-46500/-

Qualification: Full time regular Graduate Degree Law (Professional) (3 years LLB or 5  years integrated course) from recognized Indian University/Institute recognized by Bar Council of India.
 

Candidate must have secured minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Graduate's degree/integrated course.

Age Limit: 30 years

 

 

2. Trainee Officer (PR)

Grade: E-2

No. of posts: 08, out of which 02 for Persons with disabilities (Visually Impaired can apply)

Pay Scale: Rs. 20600-46500/-

Qualification: Full time Regular Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma of two years duration in communication/Mass communication/Journalism qualification from recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.

or

Post Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (English/Hindi/Radio & Television)/Advertising and Public Relations from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, under Department of the Ministry of Information and Boradcasting, Govt. of India.

 

Candidate must have secured minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Master's degree or P.G.Diploma.

3. Trainee Officer (HR)

Full time regular two years Master's in Social Works with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.

Full time regular two years Master's of Human Resource & Organisational Developments (MHROD) from recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.

Full time regular two years MBA with specialization in Human Resource from recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.

4. Assistant Rajbhasha Officer 

Grade:E-1

No. of posts: 13, out of 01 for Persons with disabilities (Visually Impaired can apply)

Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500/-

Qualification: Master's degree from a recognized Indian University in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the degree level or Master's degree from a recognized Indian University in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the level.

 

Candidate must have secured minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Master's degree.

 

Age: 35 years

 

 

Placement: Candidates will be placed at Projects/Power Stations/Offices including Joint Ventrures & Subsidiary Companies of NHPC in various parts of the country or abroad.

 

Selection Process:

 

The candidates registered online with NHPC and have uploaded all the requisite documents shall be provisionally allowed to appear for written test.

 

The written test will held in 18 cities as mentioned in the Online Application system. Candidates have to choose one city as Test Centre and no change in any circumstances will be considered subsequently.

 

Test booklet will be provided in English as well as in Hindi. 

 

SC/ST and PwD (persons with Disabilities) candidates with 50% marks in qualifying examination are eligible to apply.

 

 

No fee for PwD candidates.
