INTRODUCTION TO THE ORGANISATION

V-shesh is an impact enterprise that prepares students and job seekers in non metro areas and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) for suitable livelihood opportunities. We also offer a range of disability support services to help inclusion and easier workplace integration of PwD. V-shesh was recently awarded the NCPEDP Shell Helen Keller Award under Role Model Company for disability inclusion services.

V-shesh is starting its first batch of specialized training program for government jobs such as Banking, Railways, SSC etc for Persons with Vision Impairment (VI).

DETAILS OF THE TRAINING

Duration - 150 hours ; spread over 2 months (primarily weekends)

Screening Criteria - Assessment followed by interaction

Training Methodology -
Assessment based

Trainers - VI from Banking Industrywith prior experience of training VI
