Jammu and Kashmir Welfare Association for Blind is  observing World Braille Day here on Wednesday.

“During this event, we will demonstrate how visually impaired persons can pick up computer skills. We want to spread computer literacy among the visually impaired and encourage our students to be independent and believe in themselves," the Association said in handout.
The event is scheduled to be held at SP College at 11am.
