A doctor, Reshmi Pramod’s life took a disastrous plunge when she was detected with macular degeneration, a disease causing vision loss and blindness soon after she started her practice.
An organisation working for the help and rehabilitation of the physically challenged, Punarbasa, on Sunday organised its 4th Annual Punarbasa Samartha Samman for the physically challenged persons, who contributed to the society by setting an example.
