15 NATIONAL FUND FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
National Fund for persons with disabilities
100.(1) There shall be constituted a Fund to be called the National Fund for persons with disabilities and there shall be credited thereto-
(a) all sums available under the Fund for people with disabilities, constituted vide notification no. S.O. 573(E) dated 11th August, 1983 and the Trust Fund for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, constituted vide notification no 30-03/2004-DDII dated 21s' November, 2006, under the Charitable Endowment Act, 1890. (Remarks : 6 of 1890)
14 SPECIAL COURT
Special Court
98. For the purpose of providing speedy trail, the State Government shall, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court, by notification, specify for each district, a Court of Session to be a Special Court to try the offences under this Act.
