CHENNAI: T o give visually-challenged youth awareness on getting study grants and orient themselves for work life after college, Tamil Nadu Association of the Blind is conducting a three-day path to development seminar for visually challenged youth at Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium, starting on Republic Day.
Ludhiana: Thirty-six-year old visually challenged Sandeep Singh and his 43-year-old friend Gurpreet Singh Chahal, who is also visually challenged, have become an inspiration for others as they have started web radio 'Sach dee Goonj' with a vision to bring the visually challenged artists and achievers at par with others.
